Infinite Mind Premium vs. Free: What You Get in Each One

premium-blog

Infinite Mind Premium adds more training, more variety, and a few extras on top of everything the free version already gives you. If you are deciding whether to upgrade, this guide walks through what is included in each version so you can pick the one that fits how you train.

The short version: the free version is a real way to start. Premium is for people who want more exercises, more ways to stay consistent, and fewer limits.

What you get with the free version

The free version of Infinite Mind includes the Classic Exercises, the foundational activities behind the app's reading speed and comprehension training. You also get brain breaks, with about 90 seconds of play per game, and basic progress tracking so you can see how you are doing over time. The Reading Center is open for three trial tries, and you can set a goal for training consistency.

That is enough to build a daily habit. The research behind the exercises is on our Our Science page, and Can You Really Read Faster? What Research Actually Found explains what the reading results do and do not show.

What Infinite Mind Premium adds

Premium keeps everything in the free version and adds the following:

  • Premium training exercises. Enhanced interactive visual exercises and Premium-only games. Examples include Bog Buffet, where a frog catches bugs while avoiding bees, Bubble Blender, where you count and pop numbered bubbles, and Brain Blender, where you memorize pictures and words. We update the library of Premium exercises regularly.
  • Premium training sessions. Sessions include comprehension tests, Diamond rewards at the end of each level, and seven-minute core exercise sessions.
  • Unlimited brain breaks. Free users get about 90 seconds on a brain break game. With Premium, you can play and repeat the game for as long as you like.
  • Unlimited Reading Center access. Generate your own fiction or non-fiction reading content to practice with, with no limit on how much you generate. Free users get three trial tries.
  • Full goal setting. Set goals for reading speed, training consistency, comprehension, nutrition, and sleep. Free users can set a goal for training consistency.
  • Unlimited Arcade access. Play the five current Arcade games, with more releasing over the coming months.
  • +15% Diamond bonus. Training streaks earn Diamonds, the in-app currency, and Premium adds a 15% bonus. You can spend Diamonds on streak freezes.
  • Ad-free experience. Train without ads between exercises.
  • Friends & Family Premium sharing. Share Premium with up to six accounts in total: you plus five more. The people you invite do not need to be family, and you can invite them during registration from the Infinite Mind app.

A few more features are on the way. They are not available yet, so check the app for the latest:

  • Shared account profiles. Create profiles by name under a single login, without separate email addresses, and switch between them much like a streaming profile switcher. This suits households that use one account.
  • Avatar customization. Pictures and colors for your avatar, purchased with Diamonds.

Which version is right for you?

Start with the free version if you want to try Infinite Mind and see whether a short daily session fits your routine. It gives you the core training and a way to track your progress.

Consider Premium if you want more variety in your training, goals to keep you consistent, unlimited reading practice in the Reading Center, an ad-free experience, or a way to share the app with the people close to you.

Either way, what matters most is practicing regularly. Premium adds tools and variety, and results depend on how consistently you train. For the bigger question of what the research says, read Does Brain Training Actually Work? What the Research Says.
