1. Eligibility

The Season of Giving Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to:

• Individuals of all ages

• Participants with an active social media account on Instagram, Facebook, or Linkedin

• Participants who have downloaded (or will download) the Infinite Mind app, as prizes are delivered through the app

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on November 28 and the last day to participate is January 1 at 11:59 PM EST (“Giveaway Period”).

• The final winners will be selected and announced on January 2.

• Instant Premium Access is awarded to every participant who completes all required steps during the Giveaway Period.

• Bi-Weekly Winners will continue to be chosen every 2 weeks throughout the Giveaway Period, with the final selection occurring on January 2.

3. How to Enter the Giveaway

To officially enter the Season of Giving Giveaway, participants must complete all four steps:

Step 1 — Like the Official Giveaway Post

This confirms your participation and timestamps your entry.

Step 2 — Follow @InfiniteMindApp

Participants must follow Infinite Mind on the platform where they enter.

Step 3 — Comment Your Story

Share your personal experience in the comments, describing any of the following:

• Struggles with reading

• Learning challenges

• Difficulty focusing

• Brain fog or mental fatigue

Short or long — authenticity is what matters.

Step 4 — Submit the Giveaway Form

All participants must submit the official Giveaway Entry Form to:

• Verify identity

• Verify your social media entry

• Confirm your Infinite Mind app account email

• Deliver your Premium reward

A link to this form will be provided in the Giveaway post and/or via DM.

4. App Requirement

Because all rewards are delivered digitally, participants must:

• Already have the Infinite Mind app, OR

• Download the app before receiving any prize

Participants must use the same email for:

• Their Infinite Mind app account

• The Giveaway Entry Form

• Prize delivery

If emails do not match, verification may be required.

5. Prizes

Instant Reward:

Everyone who completes all four steps receives:

• 1 Month of Infinite Mind Premium for FREE

Bi-Weekly Prize:

Every 2 weeks, Infinite Mind will select winners to receive:

• 1 Full Year of Infinite Mind Premium

If the winner is already a paying subscriber:

• They will receive 2 years of Premium added to their subscription at no cost.

Prizes are:

• Non-transferable

• Not redeemable for cash

• Delivered digitally in the Infinite Mind app

6. Prize Delivery Requirements

To receive any reward, participants must:

• Submit the Giveaway Entry Form within 72 hours of the request

• Provide an email that matches their Infinite Mind app account

• Have the Infinite Mind app installed

Failure to complete the form or verify the app account may result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. Content Guidelines

Comments must be:

• Original

• Respectful

• On-topic (reading, learning, focus, or brain fog)

Infinite Mind may disqualify:

• Spam

• AI copy/paste content without personal context

• Inappropriate entries

8. Winner Selection Criteria

Bi-weekly winners are chosen based on:

• Authenticity

• Relevance to learning and cognitive challenges

• Inspirational value

Infinite Mind’s decisions are final.

Participants give  permission to reuse their comments or stories for:

• Testimonials

• Marketing

• Community features

10. Privacy

Information collected through the Giveaway Entry Form is used only for:

• Entry verification

• Prize delivery

• Communication regarding the Giveaway

Infinite Mind never sells or shares personal data.

Use of Histories Shared in Public Comments

The stories shared by participants in public social media comments may be:

• Saved

• Referenced

• Reused in future Infinite Mind content, including:

  • Testimonials

  • Educational content

  • Marketing posts

  • Community features

Because these comments are shared publicly, they may be used without additional permission.

Infinite Mind will not share or publish private DMs, private submissions, or form-submitted information without obtaining explicit consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

Participants agree that Infinite Mind is not responsible for:

• Technical issues

• Platform glitches

• Undelivered DMs or emails

• Incorrect or mismatched email submissions

12. Modification Rights

Infinite Mind may modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time due to:

• Fraud

• Technical issues

• Platform outages

• Other unforeseen circumstances

Any updates will be posted on the original Giveaway announcement.
